About Me

Renny was born and raised in Telluride, Colorado. From a young age, she was drawn to visual arts. Throughout high school, she refined her skills in drawing and painting, and realized that she needed to pursue art in college. Renny attended Pratt Institute, where she was overwhelmed by options and possibilities. She completed her Associate’s Degree in Illustration & Graphic Design. She had taken numerous fine art classes, among them was a class in screen printing which would be highly influential. She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking. Years later, and after working in several different fields, she has returned to her education. Renny is attending Academy of Art University, working towards her Masters of Art in Teaching. She is excited to complete her program and share her craft. Renny strives to create impactful experiences for those she teaches, nurturing creativity, play, and exploration. Her intention is to live a perpetual state of hope and inspiration.​
